How to Obtain Bandwidth and Energy

1. Connect Wallet on Tronscan.io

2. Click on your wallet address will open a new window. Click here once again on your wallet address.

3. Click at Optain

4. A new Window will open

1. Select Tron Power and Bandwidth or Tron Power and Energy

2. Enter Amount you want to freeze Recipient Address (The default address is your own) but you can send also to other adresses.

3. I confirm to freeze 100 TRX at least 72 hours

4. Press Freeze

After 72 you can unfreeze again but than you will also lose Bandwith or Energy
